Chiropractic Adjustment

Chiropractic adjustments are a safe and gentle force to the spine given by hand or instrument to enhance the movement of the joints in the spine. Chiropractic adjustments are effective for treatment of conditions such as: headaches, neck pain, back pain. Adjustments can also be given in the extremities to help decrease pain and increase movement of the joints.


FAKTR (pronounced "factor") is a form of Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization. FAKTR utilizes different techniques and a system of movements to increase muscular function by mobilizing fascia, decreasing muscular tension, and increasing blood flow.

Dry Needling is a modality that uses small monofilament needles to penetrate muscles to relieve trigger points. Dry needling can reduce pain and tension in muscles; therefore, increasing the function and range of motion. The needles can be accompanied by ESTIM allowing the electrical current to travel directly to the trigger point.  Dry needling is safe and effective for nearly everyone; however, if you should inform your practitioner ahead of time if you are pregnant or suspect that you may be pregnant.ysis

Trigger Point Therapy

Trigger Points are overactive areas of muscles that can be hypersensitive/painful to the touch. Trigger points are created or due to injury or overuse. Trigger points can be responsible for referred pain meaning they can be the cause of pain in a different location of the body. Trigger point therapy first starts with locating and identifying trigger points. Once identified, varying techniques are used to reduce the tension in the trigger point thus reducing symptoms of pain.


Cupping is a modality where small cups are placed in the treatment area. A small pump is then used to create suction on the skin. The purpose of cupping is to decompress the skin and connective tissue and increase blood flow to the treatment area. This increase in blood flow will bring nutrients to the area to help promote healing to the injured tissue.

Corrective Exercises

Corrective Exercises are used to supplement your adjustments. Corrective Exercises retrains the muscles of the affected area to help decrease the occurrence or re-occurrence of the injury. Corrective exercises are a combination of exercises that are needed to strengthen weak muscles and stretches to help relax overactive muscles. Corrective will help with recovery time, helps increase strength and flexibility.
